Construction Management Process

1. Understanding the Project

We begin by meeting with the client to clarify the project’s goals, vision, budget and timeline. This is followed by a thorough site visit and a review of all existing drawings or documents. Once expectations are aligned, we formalize the scope of services and engagement terms to set the foundation for a successful partnership.

2. Early Planning & Set‑Up

With the project defined, we conduct an internal kickoff with our technical team to outline project risks, develop strategic approaches and set preliminary timelines. At this stage, we design the procurement strategy, establish safety and quality benchmarks, and define reporting structures that will guide the rest of the project.

3. Design Coordination

Our team collaborates with architects, engineers and consultants to refine and optimize the design. We review all drawings for constructibility, cost efficiency and alignment across architectural, structural and MEP systems. Final drawing approvals are completed before any site work begins, ensuring accuracy and eliminating avoidable changes later.

4. Cost & Budget Control

We prepare a detailed bill of quantities, develop accurate pricing and create cash-flow projections that support transparent financial planning. Supplier tendering and selection are managed carefully, and we track expenditure continuously—providing clear, timely updates to the client throughout the project.

5. Construction Execution

Once on site, we mobilize teams and establish all operational structures required for efficient delivery. We monitor progress, safety and quality daily, while managing changes or variations with full transparency. Regular meetings and progress reports ensure that every stakeholder remains informed and aligned.

6. Testing & Final Works

As construction nears completion, we conduct comprehensive inspections, identify and resolve snags, and commission all building systems. Final detailing is completed to the highest standards as we prepare the project for a seamless handover.

7. Project Close‑Out

The final stage includes submitting complete as-built drawings, documentation, warranties and manuals. We hand over keys, reconcile final costs and ensure all contractual obligations are closed. Our involvement continues through post-completion support, ensuring the client has everything needed for long-term operation.
