3. Planned Maintenance Program

We implement preventive maintenance schedules with documented checklists and statutory inspections. Tasks are sequenced to minimize disruption, extend equipment life, and align with manufacturer standards and local regulations.

4. Reactive Maintenance & Emergency Response

Breakdowns and incidents are handled via ticketing SOPs with clear response and restoration times. We maintain critical spares and standby teams, coordinate stakeholders in real time, and provide post‑incident reviews to prevent recurrence.

5. Vendor & Compliance Management

We procure and manage qualified vendors, verify certifications, and audit service quality. Compliance with fire safety, environmental and statutory requirements is tracked continuously, with documentation maintained for inspections and audits.

6. Performance Reporting & Optimization

Monthly reports present KPIs, work orders, energy usage and budget performance. We recommend optimizations—retrofits, controls, and contract improvements—to enhance reliability, comfort and total cost of ownership over time.

7. Handover & Aftercare

We maintain accurate asset registers and O&M records, and when transitioning, we hand over documentation, warranties, and maintenance history. Our team remains available for onboarding support or continuous management as required.
